Let's Begin, Shall we?

Hello Blogger Gals,
I have created this blog to talk about the do's and don'ts of health and beauty. I know mostly about the don'ts so together we can learn about the do's. The first "do" that is most essential in any health and beauty regimen is WATER, yes that's right and plenty of it. Experts recommend 8 glasses of 8 ounces a day. In the summer months even more especially if your body is like mine and can dehydrate easily. 64 ounces a day except on really hot days in the summer try to match your ounces to the temperature outside. So if it's 80 degrees then drink 80 ounces. Yes, I know, very difficult especially when you have given birth to 3 kids who used your bladder as a trampoline then made it drop so low that every time you sneeze you pee. There are many bathroom trips when getting started with drinking so much water. Of course we know that "walking" helps the bladder problem as well. We can talk about that next time.
